Return Policy

Any cancellation or return to Canada Safety Equipment must be approved by Canada Safety Equipment prior to returning. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by original proof of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. All returns will be credited back in the original tender as purchased.

Special order or custom order items are a final sale and are not returnable under any condition.

Online Purchases:

 Any cancellation or return to Canada Safety Equipment purchased online must be approved by Canada Safety Equipment prior to returning. All items must be returned within 30 days of shipment and accompanied by original proof of purchase. Return cost of shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to Canada Safety Equipment immediately. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Please consult your shipping company at the time of receipt of your shipment if damages are noted.

Please note:

Cancellation & restocking fees may apply. Any purchase returns made by credit card are subject to a minimum of 5% restocking fee.

Claims for returns on purchases made later than 30 days will be assessed on an individual basis based on the manufacturer’s warranty of the item.
